Description

Melt-blown fabric is the core material of the mask/respirator and medical protective clothing, which is mainly made of polypropylene, and the fiber diameter can be up to 1 ~ 5 microns. With many voids, fluffy structure and good anti-fold ability, the unique capillary structure of ultrafine fiber increases the quantity and surface area of fiber per unit area, so that melt-blown fabric has good filtration, shielding, insulation and oil absorption. It can be used for air & liquid filtration materials, isolation materials, absorbing materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials and wiping cloth, etc.

 

In the field of medical and sanitary supplies, melt-blown fabrics can be used to make operating clothes, medical protective coveralls, isolation gowns, masks, diapers, women’s sanitary napkins and so on.

 

In addition to the traditional melt-blwn fabrics, the company also developed a high-tech melt blown fabric – electrostatic non-disappearing melt-blown fabrics, which has the following characteristics:

A mask made by it can be a small natural oxygen bar over the face so to solve the stifling problem due to long-time wearing.

The destructive tests show there is no any electostatic loss from this new-tech melt blown, even washed with water.

Tests show the virus eliminating rate is 99%.

  1. The filtration efficiency of 1-ply of the new-tech melt blow reaches 99% up, good at making ffp3 masks and n99 masks with.
